Frequently asked questions
Can I get any medication?
No. Habit-forming medicines (such as strong painkillers and sleeping pills) are generally not prescribed digitally, and the doctor may always ask you to come in first.
How quickly is the prescription ready?
As soon as the doctor approves it, the e-prescription is sent to the prescription registry and is ready at the pharmacy. You are notified in the app.
