Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I see my result yet?
Results are released once a clinician has reviewed them, so you never face a result that needs explaining on your own. You are notified in the app when it is ready.
Can I get results for tests taken elsewhere?
Tell us where and when the test was taken, and the clinician will help you based on what is available.
